Get these
- ieview - To view pages in IE when needed.
Outlook - How to move a calendar from one folder to another
- Make sure both folders are "openned" in Outlook.
- Choose the Folder List view:

- Do an Advanced Find on the Calendar that you wish to move the
entries from.
- Choose Find Now to show all of the entries.
- Select all of the entries (highlight one then control-A)
- Right click on one entry | Move to Folder ...
- Choose the folder you want to move the entries to.
- Done.
Outlook - How to have it store files in an alternate location (to allow for easier backup)
- Install Outlook
- Install Microsoft Office Updates http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx
- Run Outlook to have it generate it's base files, and to
- Setup your email account (remember to use More Settings ...
to make it leave copies of messages on your mail server if you so desire.
- Move the files in C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook to the place you want them to be.
- Start outlook and you should see a dialog like the following:
- Ok the dialog and it will prompt you for the location of Outlook.pst
- Choose Outlook.pst at the place you moved it to.
- You will see a dialog like this:

- Exit Outlook and start it again, everything should be fine now.
- Place a short cut in
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
to the place you moved the Outlook files to (this makes it easier to manipulate data files there).
